Drum Major Legend · a Backline Vintage game
Effective October 9, 2026
The short version: Drum Major Legend does not collect any data. No personal information, no usage data, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no accounts. Nothing you do in the game is sent to us or to anyone else.
What we collect
Nothing. The game has no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking software in it, and it does not ask for a name, email address, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or any other permission.
Your saved game
Your progress (for example which rooms you have visited and which instruments you have found) is saved only on your device, inside the app. It is never uploaded. If you delete the app, the saved game is deleted with it. You can also erase it at any time by choosing to start a new game from the title screen.
Internet connection
The whole game is inside the app and plays offline. It does not need, and does not use, an internet connection.
Purchases
Drum Major Legend is a paid app with no in-app purchases. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details.
Children
Because the game collects no information from anyone, it collects no information from children.
Sharing
We have no data about you, so we do not sell, share or disclose any.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
